Electric Actuated Stainless Steel Sanitary Welded Ball Valve

SLVCN manufactures electric actuated stainless steel sanitary ball valves for hygienic pipeline applications. Featuring a stainless steel construction and butt weld ends, these sanitary welded ball valves are available in SS304, SS304L, SS316 and SS316L, with PTFE, RPTFE, EPDM or FKM seat options. Fully encapsulated and semi-encapsulated seat structures are available to meet different sealing requirements.

These electric stainless steel ball valves are available in sizes from DN15 to DN100 (1/2"–4"), with larger sizes available upon request. Designed for PN10 / PN16 pressure ratings, with vacuum service options, they support electric ON/OFF, modulating and intelligent control. DC24V and AC power supply options are available. The electric actuator features IP65 protection as standard, with IP67 / IP68 options available. Applicable sanitary standards include 3-A, DIN, SMS, IDF and ISO, depending on the selected configuration.
