SLVCN stainless steel lug-type butterfly valve with worm gear operator is built for medium to large pipelines where corrosion resistance, stable manual control, and low operating effort are required. Unlike lever handles, the worm gear design provides smooth 90° quarter-turn operation with a self-locking function – no need to constantly hold the handle, and no risk of unwanted disc movement from backflow or vibration.
Full stainless steel body for water, oil, gas, and mildly corrosive media
Available in SS304(CF8), SS316(CF8M), or SS316L(CF3M) stainless steel, with a precision-machined disc. Combined with EPDM, NBR, or PTFE soft sealing seat, this valve delivers excellent corrosion resistance, bubble-tight shut-off, and long service life in water, oil, gas, and mildly corrosive media.
Lug type design simplifies installation and maintenance
The lug body allows end-of-line service without affecting downstream pipelines. You can install or remove the valve without draining the entire system – a practical advantage for maintenance crews and retrofit projects.
Worm gear operator: less effort, self-locking safety
Ideal for larger sizes and higher pressure conditions. The self-locking worm gear prevents accidental closure or opening due to vibration or flow pulsation. Even in hard-to-reach locations, one worker can operate it smoothly.
ISO 5211 mounting pad – ready for automation
Designed with an ISO 5211 mounting pad as standard. When your system later requires remote control or automated scheduling, simply bolt on an electric or pneumatic actuator – no valve replacement, no piping modification.
Flange compatibility to global standards
Bolt pattern conforms to ANSI, DIN, and JIS flange standards. Direct bolt-up to your existing pipeline flanges – no adapters or modifications needed.
100% factory tested and certified
Each valve undergoes individual pressure and seat leakage testing before shipment. MTC, Certificate of Origin, and ISO9001 certification are available. OEM service is offered for custom markings, gear operator colors, or special materials.
