Pneumatic Flange Ball valve is a kind of valve for 90°rotation,using the international standard ISO5211 mounting pad. with the characteristics of fine sealing performance, large flow capability,small flow resistant coefficient, simple structure, and long service life.The valve passage is equal to the connecting pipe, and the medium can nearly flow through it without a loss.
By connecting with an pneumatic actuator, the valve is widely applicable in working fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, paper making, power station, etc. It can control not only the medium like air, liquid, and steam but also the medium containing the fibers.
Pneumatic Flange Ball Valve Characteristics
1、Small flow resistance. The ball valve has the smallest flow resistance among all valves. The flow resistance is very small even with the reduced bore ball valve.
2、Thrust shaft bearing can reduce the fricative torque of the vale shaft to make the shaft operation balance.
3、Valve seat with a good sealing performance by adopting PTFE as the seal ring. And the sealing performance can be better with the increase of pressure.
