SLVCN Electric High Pressure Threaded Ball Valve is designed for automated shut-off control in compact high-pressure pipeline systems. As a high pressure electric actuated ball valve, it combines forged body construction, threaded connection and quarter-turn electric operation for hydraulic systems, chemical equipment, oil & gas auxiliary systems, test equipment and industrial automation skids.
The sample shown is a 1 inch electric ball valve with MxM NPT threaded connection, PN100 pressure rating, F44 / SMO 254 body material and AC110V electric actuator with open / close feedback. The SMO 254 stainless steel body provides strong corrosion resistance for selected chemical, chloride-containing and demanding industrial fluid applications.
This motorized ball valve can be supplied with different body materials, including SS304, SS316, F316L, F44, A105N, LF2, F51, F53, Hastelloy, Inconel and Monel according to medium, pressure, temperature and corrosion conditions. Seat materials such as RPTFE, PTFE, POM, PEEK, Devlon or metal seat can be selected according to working conditions.
Threaded connections such as NPT, BSP, BSPP, BSPT or G thread are available for compact installation in high-pressure pipelines and equipment systems. Electric actuator options include AC110V, AC220V, AC230V, AC380V, DC24V, with on-off control, open / close position feedback and optional control configurations available by project requirement.
Each valve is pressure and leakage tested before shipment. MTC, pressure test report, PMI report, inspection photos and test videos can be supplied according to order requirements. OEM customization is available for material, pressure rating, thread standard, actuator voltage, control mode, marking and packaging.
