Pneumatic Cryogenic Forged Ball Valve with Solenoid Valve

SLVCN Pneumatic Cryogenic Forged Ball Valve with Extended Stem and Solenoid Valve is designed for automatic on-off isolation in LNG, industrial gas and low-temperature process piping systems. The extended stem / bonnet design helps keep the stem packing area away from the cryogenic zone and provides clearance for pipeline insulation.

The sample shown is a 1-1/4" ASME Class 300 pneumatic cryogenic ball valve with F304 forged body, SS304 ball, PTFE seat, 100 mm extended stem, single-acting pneumatic actuator, AC220V solenoid valve and air filter regulator.

F304, F316 and F316L body materials and PTFE, RPTFE, PCTFE or PEEK seat options are available according to operating temperature, pressure and medium. Single-acting or double-acting pneumatic actuators can be supplied with solenoid valve, limit switch box, air filter regulator and positioner according to automation requirements.

Each valve is pressure and leakage tested before shipment. MTC, pressure test report, PMI report, inspection photos and test videos can be supplied according to order requirements. OEM customization is available for material, pressure rating, thread standard, actuator voltage, control mode, marking and packaging.
