Pneumatic High Pressure 3 Way Ball Valve Description

SLVCN Pneumatic High Pressure 3-Way Threaded Ball Valve is designed for automatic flow switching, diverting and mixing control in compact high-pressure pipeline systems. As a high pressure 3 way ball valve with pneumatic actuator, it is available with L-port and T-port ball valve flow patterns for direction change, media distribution and multi-port pipeline control.

The valve is equipped with a rack & pinion pneumatic actuator for fast quarter-turn operation and stable torque output. The forged steel or stainless steel body supports pressure ratings up to PN500 / 7250 PSI, depending on size, material, seat and configuration.

NPT, BSP and G threaded connections are available for compact installation in hydraulic systems, oil & gas equipment, instrumentation, test equipment and high-pressure industrial pipelines. Seat materials such as POM, PEEK or PTFE can be selected according to pressure, medium and working conditions.

The valve can be supplied with ISO 5211 mounting pad and NAMUR interface for integration with solenoid valves, limit switch boxes, air filter regulators and other pneumatic accessories. Each valve is pressure and leakage tested before shipment, with OEM customization available for port type, thread standard, actuator type, accessories, marking and packaging.
