Jiangsu Shoulong Valve Co., Ltd. recently completed the shipment of a batch of pneumatic PTFE-lined wafer butterfly valves for a customer in Southeast Asia. The valves were supplied in DN40 and DN50 sizes and configured with pneumatic actuators, limit switch boxes, and solenoid valves for automated on/off pipeline control.

This order included wafer type butterfly valves with WCB bodies, SS304 + PTFE discs, PTFE seats, and SS304 stems. The valves were rated PN10 and supplied with a compact wafer connection design, which is suitable for small-diameter pipelines where space-saving installation and automatic shut-off are required.
Each valve was assembled as a complete automated valve package, including the valve body, pneumatic actuator, limit switch box, and solenoid valve. This configuration allows the valve to receive control signals, perform fast open/close operation, and provide valve position feedback to the control system.
Before shipment, the valves were assembled and checked according to the customer's order requirements. SLVCN arranges 100% pressure and sealing tests before delivery to help ensure reliable valve performance. If required, we can also provide product inspection photos and testing videos for customer confirmation before shipment.
