Product Description


The SLVCN Cryogenic Reduced Port/Full Port Floating Ball Valve is designed for safe and reliable performance in low-temperature and cryogenic service, including LNG, LPG, hydrogen, and other industrial gas applications.

The valve features an extended bonnet design that isolates the packing system from extreme cryogenic temperatures, ensuring stable sealing performance and extended service life under severe operating conditions.

It is equipped with anti-static protection, an anti-blowout stem, fire-safe design, and a lockable handle to enhance operational safety and prevent unintended actuation. Low-emission packing is adopted to minimize leakage and meet stringent environmental requirements.

Each valve is subjected to strict cryogenic testing in a dedicated low-temperature testing facility prior to shipment, ensuring consistent performance in critical applications.

The product is available in Class 150 reduced port configuration, with optional Class 300, 600, 900, and 1500 pressure ratings. Material configurations for body, ball, seat, stem, and sealing components can be customized according to specific project requirements.
