SLVCN
The SLVCN Top Entry Cryogenic Floating Ball Valve is designed for low-temperature pipeline systems handling LNG, LPG, liquid nitrogen, and other industrial gases. The floating ball design provides reliable bubble-tight shut-off and stable operating torque under cryogenic service conditions. Manufactured from stainless steel and low-temperature carbon steel materials, the valve is widely used in LNG terminals, air separation units, and industrial gas pipelines.
Its top entry construction allows in-line maintenance without removing the valve from the pipeline, significantly reducing maintenance time and system downtime. The extended stem design isolates the packing area from cryogenic media, helping prevent freezing and ensuring stable sealing performance during repeated low-temperature cycling.
Optional low-emission packing, anti-static device, anti-blowout stem, and fire-safe design are available to meet specific project requirements. Every valve is cryogenic tested before delivery to verify sealing integrity and reliable operation under ultra-low temperature conditions.
Allows inline servicing without removing the valve from the pipeline, reducing maintenance downtime and operating costs.
Designed for LNG, LPG, liquid nitrogen, and other industrial low-temperature applications down to -196°C.
Provides reliable bubble-tight shut-off and stable operating torque under cryogenic conditions.
Minimizes thermal transfer to the packing area for improved sealing stability during low-temperature cycling.
Available in a wide range of body and trim materials, with cryogenic leakage testing performed before shipment.
