Product Description

SLVCN High Pressure Cryogenic Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve is designed for LNG, industrial gas, cryogenic storage and low-temperature pipeline isolation applications.

The forged side-entry bolted body and trunnion mounted ball structure support stable operation in high-pressure cryogenic service. An extended stem / bonnet design helps keep the stem packing area away from the low-temperature zone and provides clearance for pipeline insulation. The sample shown is a 2" ASME Class 1500 F316 cryogenic ball valve with RTJ flanged ends.

F304, F316 and F316L body materials are available with PCTFE, PTFE, RPTFE or PEEK seat options, selected according to operating temperature, pressure and medium. RF, RTJ or butt-weld ends and worm gear, electric, pneumatic or hydraulic operation can be supplied according to project requirements. Selected cryogenic configurations are available for service temperatures down to -196°C.
