SLVCN Class 300 Fully Welded Trunnion-Mounted DBB Ball Valve with Extended Stem is designed for reliable flow control in underground, buried, and harsh pipeline applications. The valve's fully welded one-piece body eliminates flange leakage points, ensuring long-term reliability in medium-pressure pipelines. The trunnion-mounted DBB design offers stable operation, safe isolation, and easy venting during maintenance or emergencies. The extended stem ensures reliable operation in underground or buried installations, even if stem seals fail. Safety features include fire-safe spring-loaded seats, anti-static protection, and an anti-blowout stem. Customizable materials (including Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, PEEK, and PCTFE) are available to meet specific temperatures, pressures, and media requirements.
