Product Description

SLVCN Class 1500 Top Entry Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve is designed for reliable isolation in high-pressure, demanding environments, such as oil & gas, chemical processing, and power generation.

This valve features a trunnion-mounted ball and a Double Block and Bleed (DBB) sealing system for secure isolation and cavity pressure control, even under high differential pressures. The top-entry design allows for easy in-line inspection and maintenance, reducing downtime significantly in continuous operations.

Constructed with a durable one-piece cast WCB body, this valve provides high structural integrity while keeping costs manageable for large and high-pressure applications. Key safety features include fire-safe design, anti-static protection, and anti-blowout stem, ensuring safe operation in hazardous conditions. Materials and sealing systems are also available to meet NACE MR0175 standards for sour gas service.

✓ Optional Emergency Sealant Injection
