The SLVCN Direct Burial Fully Welded Gas Ball Valve is engineered for high-performance, underground gas transmission systems. With a fully welded one-piece body, it ensures zero external leakage, making it ideal for subsea, underground, and high-pressure environments.

The Double Block-and-Bleed (DBB) design provides secure isolation and safe cavity pressure relief, preventing leaks and ensuring safe operation. The trunnion-mounted ball offers stable sealing even under high pressure and large diameters. The gear-operated mechanism ensures smooth, low-torque manual operation, making it easy to control in critical applications.

Optimized for above-ground installations with a short stem, it also offers an optional extended stem for direct burial. Available in customizable materials like Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, PEEK, and PCTFE, it meets the needs of gas transmission, oil & gas, and offshore pipeline applications.

This valve is designed to be reliable, safe, and low-maintenance, making it the perfect choice for demanding pipeline environments.
